Pastor G and Lady E are the spiritual leaders of RCM. Pastor G is a third-generation pastor and has continued the legacy of his father and pastor, Elder Lester Bragg, Sr. After serving with his father for over 30 years in ministry and 7 years of serving as pastor of Renaissance Church of God in Christ (COGIC), Rahway NJ, Pastor G was given the vision by God to re-establish Renaissance in South Jersey.

Known as a gifted leader, teacher and psalmist, Pastor G also possesses a unique gift of sharing humorous life lessons all in one package. Lady E’s ability to tell you the truth, in love, makes others respect and love her. Pastor G and Lady E’s ability to relate to both the young and old and their “down to earth” personalities make you feel like you have known them forever.

Throughout their 36 years of marriage and over 15 years of pastoring, Lady E has been serving alongside of her husband. As the Executive Director of church affairs, Lady E’s heart for children and adults with special needs is made evident through her student advocacy efforts in the school system and community.

Pastor G and Lady E continue to be innovative, relevant leaders, who possess a versatile gift that reaches all ages, socioeconomic classes, and ethnic backgrounds. Their passion to change the world is demonstrated by their commitment to provide education, programs and resources that will improve the quality of life for families and individuals both near and far.

Pastor G and Lady E have four children who serve in the ministry with them and two grandchildren.
